Know who is coming – to every rehearsal, training session and meeting. Attendance collects replies up front, records who actually turned up at check-in, and breaks every response down by your groups. All on your own Nextcloud server. SELF-CHECK-IN BY QR CODE OR NFC Put a printed code on the door or stick an NFC tag beside it. People scan or tap as they arrive and the attendance list fills itself. One code covers every appointment – the app matches the scan to whichever one is running. Nobody stands at the entrance with a list any more. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS New appointments, reminders and replies arrive right away. Your server encrypts the message; our relay only forwards it and cannot open it. The app now registers with Apple correctly again — nothing for you to do. Offline keeps what you are allowed to do: without a connection the create button, the response summary, comments and the activity history all disappeared, even though the appointments themselves were still there. Permissions are stored with them now, so the interface stays whole in flight mode. Categories: • Icons on the appointment form too, as in the list and the detail view • Names and icons stay visible without a connection • Category and location each get their own section instead of clinging to the description Duplicating an appointment now keeps you as an organizer — so the copy stays editable by you even without manage permission. On iPad, the sign-in and push setup screens no longer stretch across the full width. These are transmitted from the Nextcloud server to the app using end-to-end encryption.
