Message says I’ve been locked out and to contact the administrator. I use this app with four different agencies. Who do I contact? It’s the app that isn’t working. The bank that the money went to is a bank she nor I never heard of it look like it maybe overseas and they didn’t send anything to the bank she put down for her earnings to come to. I have been on the phone today trying to learn about NextCrew, sending in my credentials, taxes Ext. Having so much trouble I was connected with an angel by the name of Jasmine at customer support. She walked me thru ever single step. She was on the phone with me for hours. After doing all the application process she took the time to explain how to find shifts, sign up if interested and even talked me thru how to send my resume via email. She is GREAT. Gave me her private number to call anytime.
