There was a lot of variety and most of the dishes were authentic Chinese dishes. Now it feels like they are getting too big and losing what used to make them great. The chefs that make a dish keep changing, and sometimes the dishes just don’t taste the same as before. The app now has dishes from many countries and is too overwhelming. There’s no way to hide a type of food or search for a restaurant. It’s impossible to find my favorite dishes now. The food are just what my mon would make at home, healthy, simple, and delicious. 2. The price is about the lowest I see among all the apps I have used. It is not a traditional food delivery service and you would have to order one day ahead though, which is fine for me. 3. They have the smartest drivers I have seen so far. Uber and DoorDash drivers have problem finding my place most of the time, such that I almost gave up using food delivery services, until I found this app, which has never missed a single delivery, and no extra communication with the driver was ever needed. ### 5/5 — Absolutely recommend *2021-03-17, version 2.4.0* This is the best food app in the bay area. I was apprehensive to use another food app, but I ended up using it so much for my family. Been using it a handful of times, and boy I am impressed. They deliver solid quality Asian food - and it’s much more reliable than Doordash. This alone gives me so much peace of mind (super helpful during the pandemic). The added bonus is being significantly cheaper than Doordash without all the service fees adding up. The app does have a couple of bugs (e.g address book, delivery notes saving), but I was able to get around it by using their website. I hope the team gets around to fix them soon. The food arrived at 3:55 pm and I ate at 4:00 pm. By 5:20 pm I started to feel cold and had diarrhea. At around 6:00 pm I checked my body temperature, it was 99.8 degrees. My whole night was spent in stomachaches. Now it’s 6:54 am, I still feel sick. I have to cancel all my scheduled events today. I had never experienced anything like this in Bay Area during the past 10 years. I wonder how many users had similar symptoms like me recently. Frustrating!!! ### 1/5 — Unfriendly user experience *2019-05-22, version 0.4.1* In a very unfriendly user experience, it took one minute to open app, then five minutes to load the picture, and then click on the order and jump to the payment interface in three minutes to pay for the transaction to be successful in another three minutes. What kind of team is this?
