### 2/5 — System went down a couple of days ago and still do not have the AI function.

When working the AI function was fair, but not great. Some reason tended to leave out pertinent negatives and other details that would be helpful. Some glitches in the software have been loaded, including un commanded ratio of partially completed notes. This would occur when notes for one patient were put on pause where they get x-rays. The meantime would see the next patient. When returning to the prior patient, the previously done work had disappeared. We understand the company is working on this problem.

The app is slow, locks up frequently when I am trying to sign off on documents, takes forever to load tasks and often does not load at all; when I am out of the office I cannot trust that the app will work for on call duties. I have updated the app multiple times, and I am on up to date IOS on my mobile device. Too many glitches and very disappointing. Our practice is trying to find solutions with nextgen but this is terrible.

Mostly works, but the schedule frequently skips up and down as it updates itself and moves right as you select a patient so the wrong chart opens.  The AI Scribe mostly works but macros are spotty and don’t consistently insert.   The AI Scribe also frequently inserts your diagnosis and plan into the PMHx as if it was what the patient walked in telling you.  Lastly the AI cannot generate a ROS for you - just have the expectation that you will have to do that manually 99% of the time.

Glitchy, dictation is getting more inaccurate. Will stop recording text periodically. Will slow down mid dictation. Overall bad app.

- You can now use an Ambient Assist trial only with a Mobile Pro subscription. Users with Mobile Free, Mobile Workflow Enhanced, and Mobile Plus subscriptions cannot use an Ambient Assist trial. NextGen Ambient Assist trial requests and sales contacts are no longer triggered from NextGen Mobile for unsupported subscription tiers.
- You can now edit macro-generated SOAP notes while using Magic Edit in NextGen Ambient Assist. Macro editing is not available for Review of Systems (ROS), Previous Diagnostics, and Procedure sections of the SOAP note. By streamlining macro editing, you can tailor notes to patient requirements, and improve documentation quality.
- NextGen Mobile now checks for the latest NextGen Enterprise EHR SOAP note data before sending SOAP note updates from Ambient sessions. If changes are detected in NextGen Enterprise EHR after an Ambient session begins, you are alerted and given options to either overwrite the EHR SOAP note data or delete the changes to prevent accidental overwrites. This enhancement covers Ambient, SOAP notes, and dictation screens, ensuring that manual and automated edits are accurately managed.

Macros:
Macro settings for SOAP notes now allow you to place macros at the top or bottom of a note, with precise positioning within sections and improved highlighting in Edit mode in NextGen Mobile Cloud Portal. The enhancement ensures accurate insertion and display across NextGen Mobile Cloud Portal and NextGen Mobile, even in complex templates.

Facesheet:
You can now generate final clinical documents directly from NextGen Mobile, including specialty and master documents from the Patient Facesheet. You can also navigate to the Patient Chart or sign-off the master document in PAQ from the Finalize Master Document screen. The master document generation workflow mirrors the NextGen Enterprise EHR experience, allowing users to select document types, generate PDFs, and send them for sign-off directly from NextGen Mobile. This enhancement supports multiple NextGen Enterprise EHR versions and ensures documentation is completed without switching platforms.

Medications, Orders, Diagnoses:
Suggestions in the Medications, Orders, and Diagnoses modules are now enabled by default for all users.
