## Most critical reviews (3 lowest-rated)

### 5/5 — Delivers

*2026-10-21*

Easy to digest interface, and it does what it promises. That alone is enough to warrant 5 stars from me these days. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

### 5/5 — Easy way to communicate on the go

*2026-10-21*

Easy way to keep my business conversations together and separate from my personal calls.

### 5/5 — Best Business App

*2026-10-21*

The NEXT app is now my favorite business communications app. I use it heavily for calls, texts, and messages with my team. It’s just easy to use and smooth. The past two weeks for me have been great because the app works so much better than what I was using before. This is the best imo.
