Without my explicit consent or any clear notice, they secretly enrolled me in extra plans and charged my credit card $19.99 for a "2nd line" and $29.99 for a "monthly subscription" under a phone number I don't even recognize! To make matters worse, these hidden recurring charges don't even show up under your account dashboard, making it impossible to manage or cancel them directly through the app. Their customer service is non-existent and refuses to refund unauthorized fees. This is predatory and deceitful business practice. I have already canceled my credit card and filed a dispute with my bank.
