Stay away! *2026-08-20, version 3.4.5* DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It is a complete trap. I originally signed up for a $0.99 1-line offer. Without my explicit consent or any clear notice, they secretly enrolled me in extra plans and charged my credit card $19.99 for a "2nd line" and $29.99 for a "monthly subscription" under a phone number I don't even recognize! To make matters worse, these hidden recurring charges don't even show up under your account dashboard, making it impossible to manage or cancel them directly through the app. Their customer service is non-existent and refuses to refund unauthorized fees. This is predatory and deceitful business practice. I have already canceled my credit card and filed a dispute with my bank. Mainly Turkish, Chinese etc have huge fraud rings in app stores. They charge you 99 cent for trial and same day charge twice 29.99 so 60$ for a 99 cent trial? I have not been able to successfully keep the app up and running for more than five minutes. I have reached out to their Customer Service team probably eight times in the last 18 hours every time I click on the app it has the spinning symbol as if it’s trying to load. Although the phone numbers say “active” when attempting to send messages it says this number must be activated in order to operate. I initially paid $0.99 for one week, but the actual price I was going to be charged after the one-week trial was not clearly shown anywhere before or after the purchase. After purchasing the number, I went to Telegram to use it. When I entered the number into the app, I received a message saying that Telegram does not support this type of number. I tried it three times to make sure it wasn’t just a bug or temporary issue. After that, I changed the number, but I had the exact same problem—the verification code never arrived. I changed the number for a third time, and when I entered the third number into Telegram, Telegram told me that the number had already been banned. I contacted your support team to ask what exactly was wrong. The response I received, which I believe was an automated message, said that your technical team was investigating the issue. However, after an entire week, nothing has changed, and I have not received any update from the support team. For the past two days, I have repeatedly requested that you resolve this issue and refund my money. Instead, I keep receiving the same pre-written responses. None of my questions are actually being addressed, and I still have not been connected with a real support agent. Your monthly subscription costs $29.99, yet the service does not work for me and your support team has not provided any meaningful assistance. I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously, resolve the issue, and issue me a full refund.
