## What is Nextly?

Nextly is a career planner for software engineers. Tell it where you are and where you want to go next, whether that's a promotion, a move to another company, a specialization or an adjacent role. Nextly helps you build a development plan and keep a record of the work that shows your progress.

BUILD YOUR ROADMAP
Start with your own goals. Add real job postings you're interested in, your company's career framework, or feedback from your manager. Nextly suggests development areas, goals and milestones, and shows where each one came from: your goal, a requirement that appears in several job postings, your framework, your manager's feedback, or a general recommendation. You choose what goes into your plan.

SEE WHAT YOUR TARGET ROLES ASK FOR
Save postings by link, by pasting the text, or as a PDF. Nextly pulls out the requirements and counts how often each one appears across the roles you saved, so you can see what keeps coming up.

YOUR CAREER MAP
A simple map from where you are to your destination, with stops for each development area. Progress is based only on the milestones you complete.

CAPTURE PROGRESS IN SECONDS
Write what happened in your own words: a win, a course you finished, a piece of feedback. Nextly suggests where it belongs. Nothing changes until you confirm it.

EVIDENCE THAT BUILDS UP
Log accomplishments and link them to your goals and skills. When review season comes, draft a self-review, promotion case, resume bullets or STAR stories from the evidence you actually recorded, with every line traced back to an entry.

CHANGE COURSE WITHOUT STARTING OVER
Change your destination and see which of your existing goals carry over. Your history and evidence stay with you.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your plan belongs to you. There's no public profile and no feed, and we never sell your data. AI analysis is explained in the privacy policy and can be turned off at any time in Profile → Privacy & your data. You can export or delete everything in the app.

NEXTLY PRO
Free includes your roadmap, goals, Career Map, unlimited evidence logging and up to 40 AI analyses a month, plus one try each of career review, review drafts and framework analysis. Pro adds monthly career reviews, unlimited review drafts, framework analysis and up to 40 target jobs.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
