Ever since you changed to NextMart things from my opinion have gone down hill. I’m still trying to get my ex-wife removed from the account I created after our divorce, we separated back in 2019 and for some reason she still shows up on my Zelle as a point of contact. Both phone number and email address. Furthermore, this is the third time the app signed me out and completely unregister my device. I have the passcode and Face ID set up so I don’t have to remember the password, each time your app removes me or on registers me I have to go through this whole process to set everything up again. I don’t have to do that with any of my other online banking apps. ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2023-08-02* Although some features still missing (eg. I have run into two issues: (1) It closed on me a few times while my finger was still on the app and was trying to zoom in; and (2) I wasn't able to use Face ID a few times and had to reboot my phone. Also, other banks' apps have a separate icon for Zelle while Nextmark's has it embedded in transactions. They don’t appear on the phone at all. Both in the app and on the website, the external (verified) accounts are not synced and the balances haven’t been updated in 2 years. I’ve called customer service at least 5 times over the past year and a half about this and it’s never been corrected. The bank doesn’t notify you if you have an unusual transaction, but then locks your card for $5-20 for a donation or charge online when there is regular activity. These are ongoing problems that the bank has never even attempted to address or follow up on—for years.
