And for some reason, I cannot use the app. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple no response. I cannot receive nor text. It says that my account has been suspended, but doesn’t tell me why nor does it. Tell me when it will be restored. Lost all my credits, used to dollars. Old 'grandfathered' accounts before 2020 are effectively being terminated with false message account hasn't been used and your number is reassigned. Then when u try to obtain replacement number there's a continuous message that says oops, something is wrong. Try again. Also no provision to reset legacy passwords. Support is militant and unhelpful. All they do is deflect and gaslight. Call quality has always been mediocre. don't let the bots or paid reviewers say differently. Read the negative reviews to get a clear picture. Unless you're premium user you won't be able to get a phone number anywhere, ever.
