Please do fix the app we would definitely love to be able to go everything we do at the website through the phone app. Thank you ### 1/5 — Go back to the old time card *2017-06-02* No option to go back and clock in or out if you forget, so you either work 24 hours or no hours. Needs to go back to the previous version time card. **Developer response:** Hi, You can always update/edit the attendance for any user in the web portal under Admin>Users. The whole purpose of the clock in/clock out feature is to accurately log hours. If it’s allowed to clock in at any desired time, past or future, it defeats the purpose of having an attendance feature. The new app does not locate anymore with reliability. Never before did you have to keep zooming in to try and see where it is located if it is even at that location. They wreaked a good thing with this upgrade. **Developer response:** Hi, Please download NexTraq View app to locate vehicles. It’s specially designed for supervisors/managers to help them, stay connected with their fleet. It has advanced features like replay, reports and communication tools. I have no idea where my vans are now because the update stinks. Has not updated location in 12 hours. **Developer response:** Hi NJ, The app is updated with enhancements and new features to help our customer improve their overall productivity. As far as the searching for your vehicles on the map, Please download the NexTraq View app, which is designed for supervisors. We believe you will be highly satisfied with the features and the easiness of locating your vehicles from NexTraq View .If you have any further questions please reach out to our Mobile team at Mobile-feedback@nextraq.com. -NexTraq Mobile Team ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2013-02-23* Not working the right way!!! ### 2/5 — Mediocre app at best *2023-11-24* I’m a service plumber, and I have calls dispatched to me by my office using this app. App constantly lag’s, takes forever to load and refresh when a new job has been sent to me, and I constantly have to double or triple select the status of each job in order to progress. I am able to get it to work, but it takes patience and lots of frustration. Several of my co-workers agreee with me as well. This app seems like it was created my a mediocre design team, and seems like it was created in 2004. The technology seems so outdated and slow. And yes, we’ve all tried un-installing the app, restarting phones, etc. Doesn’t matter. Might as well have my dispatcher send my next call to me via carrier pigeon. ### 3/5 — Owner *2017-05-19* I always loved the Mobil app and then they had to fix it when it wasn't broke. Now if I log on to see where a unit is located it might be 30 minutes to a full day since its last track with no way to refresh. I have switched vehicles and even deleted the app and reloaded it. The app is worthless too me. UPDATE: They are possibly adding a refresh button that would fix my concerns. **Developer response:** Hi, Hopefully the resolution we provided will serve your need.
