Please do fix the app we would definitely love to be able to go everything we do at the website through the phone app. Thank you ### 1/5 — Binding Contract, Terrible Experience *2017-08-24, version 1.6.4* Do not start new service with Nextraq. You will be locked into a 'cable tv' like contract. They have little to no customer service. Their app is stagnant, their tracking website is terrible, and their costs are more expensive than competitors. I am trying to leave my units and switch to another company and will be held hostage until my contract expires. Service companies that need contracts that long should be a red flag for me going forward. Superior service has more flexible terms as happy customers don't want to leave. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2017-04-27, version 1.5.2* There was nothing wrong with old app. Lags behind in time by as much as an hour ### 5/5 — I Can Finally Track My Vehicles! *2016-06-28, version 1.3.1* I certainly waited a while for Nextraq to release an app where I can see my vehicles from my phone. The wait was worth it! No more having to login on Safari. It feels super easy to use and I love how I can dispatch to my mobiles directly from the app. To say this made my job ten times easier is an understatement. Every time I open the app I’m prompted to sign in — even minutes later after I switch apps or go back to the Home Screen! Fix this! ### 1/5 — Trash *2020-05-21, version 1.9.0* This app is trash. 50/50 shot of it actually opening. Then you won’t be able locate you vehicles. Doesn’t matter if you’re on WiFi or not. I have been a nextraq customer for many years and during ALL those years for some reason they cannot get their app to work at all!!! I’m an iPhone user and have all the latest updates on my phone and from the app. I also just had ALL NEW hard wired GPS units installed and the app still is not even good enough to be considered terrible. Trucks missing, vehicles idling that are not, showing last update 15 min ago when it should have reports each minute. And the app will not refresh you have to exit the app and reload and most of the time that does not even work. Honestly if these bugs are not corrected I’m making a change.....as a business owner we cannot always have a PC with us....it’s ridiculous that after all these years Nextraq cannot produce an App that will work with there hardware. I just recently switched bace to iPhone and I had no problem with it on Android. But even after the update it continues to crash as soon as you open.
