How do you mess that up? Horribly coded. ### 1/5 — Why have you not fixed the keyboard bug? *2020-03-12, version 2.7.12* I see reviews complaining about the keyboard constantly popping up from TWO YEARS AGO. It’s still happening. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2019-04-25, version 2.7.11* I pay about 8.95 A week for this out… It gives no notifications, and hasn’t for multiple weeks. We’ve had a ticket in with them and nothing is being done. Also the app will not update on it so it requires manual updating to check for new stops. So no notifications, no noise of any kind to let you know you get a new truck. And you have to update it on your own to even check it in the first place. There is no sound notifications when they assign a job. 30 miles down the road they call to ask why I haven’t responded. Losing money for both of us, when this happens, which is DAILY. Also found out, as previous reviewer stated that the app logged me out, for no reason. Losing me more money. Awful. ### 1/5 — Ugh! *2018-08-08, version 2.5.3* Suddenly today I can’t log in. Says I’m not connected to the internet. I am. Tried wi-fi, parking under a tower, everything. I downloaded a song from iTunes to prove I had a good signal. Don’t know how I will work from now on. No idea how to fix this. No idea who to call. (I just chose ‘frustrated’ as my nickname and someone had already used it. Hasn’t been a smooth transition for our company. We face the problem with entering the name once we deliver the package. Application can’t seem to sync with our system. Drivers have to constantly keep on resetting their phones. Application slows down our operation dude to all these bugs. Not only does it take FOREVER to load, if and when it does load, but it needs frequent restarting. Or, as I just went through for what feels like the millionth time, I had to uninstall and reinstall it. I get to my location, go to do my work on the app and its not showing me ANYTHING. How anyone could give this app more than 1 star is beyond me. It’s junk and only works part time. I should not have to restart and uninstall and reinstall several times a week. It should not wipe out my work day in the middle of my work day. I know they are off. When scanning barcodes you get the “good” on every piece then when finished with 40+ pieces you find several of them didn’t register and have to go through scanning everything again until you find the ones it didn’t register. Y’all need to fix this ASAP. ### 1/5 — It’s great when it works *2020-08-20, version 2.7.12* I work for one of the biggest national medical courier services and it freezes way more than it should which then affects patient lives and I probably going to affect renewing our contracts due to it freezing all the time and delayed stats which will then domino effect into me losing my job. CXT/ NEXTSTOP get it together and do better!!! ### 1/5 — Background Location *2020-07-05, version 2.7.12* NO, YOU MAY NOT TRACK ME AT HOME SO STOP ASKING. This is a work app. The only time you get to know my location is during work. “Enable Background Location” prompt pops up dozens of times per day with no way to permanently store location preferences. Also “Remember ID/Username” does not. It blocks the (done) and (collect signature) buttons so stops can't be finished. My bad, keyboards fine now. The help section is something this app has needed for a long time. I use it on a iPhone 6s and it works flawlessly. What I have noticed when providing tech support at work is that 95% of the issues that are happening is user error not the app. Keep up the good work CXT and I look forward to the progression of the app. ### 4/5 — Fix the freakin popping keyboard. *2018-12-14, version 2.7.3* This app is almost functional but very hard to use due to a keyboard pop up error. The keyboard pops up every time when you open the app. I wonder why the developers can’t fix a very simple but frustrating and time wasting problem...? Come’on fellas! Update: I Did some troubleshooting and realized you can disable the popping keyboard via the menu into the help files. It works way better on android then on an Apple. I like how it works with a map with just a couple clicks of a button. I like it notifies you when you have a new stop on an android. Unfortunately on the Apple phone it does not notify you at all even though my notification is on. The function buttons on the bottom corners like the complete button do not like excepting the command when touched on the bottom of an Apple phone, they are small and in the far corners, that may be the problem. I You end up having to touch each command/button 2 to 6 times.I hate using the Apple because I’m a stat driver And my stops can change mid drive. And I don’t like fighting with the phone. I definitely like the android better when I’m working. ### 3/5 — Ok app *2017-09-28, version 2.3.12* For the most part the app works ok. I like the built in GPS. When our company switched to it it was easy to learn. With the last 3 updates it continues to log you out. Had gotten worse since the last update today it logged me out at least 5 times. I worry if my data gets lost and if I'll get paid fir a job. Needs to be fixed. ### 3/5 — Getting there but still needs some work *2017-03-23, version 2.2.4* 1. If you could add an active order count somewhere on the top that would be awesome. 2. needs an update on the borders separating the orders, as is makes it slightly hard to distinguish which order is which when you have multiple orders. Other than that I love this app more than the android version ### 2/5 — Still Needs Fixing *2022-06-23, version 2.7.12* I just read a review from two years ago, stating that the keyboard pops up in the middle of your process and does not allow the user to complete the necessary functions. It is still occurring and I have spoke to other users of this app and they are having the same problem someone please get on the ball as soon as possible and correct this !!! We really do not want to use another app. ### 2/5 — Popping up keyboard *2021-05-16, version 2.7.12* After opening Stops list keyboard will immediately pop up without allowing me to make individual entry. Keyboard should pop up only on the 4th step of the single entry mode not on the opening of general list. This isn’t new problem, according to reviews it started at least 3 years ago.
