I’v been using this app for years. It’s my go to to get updated subway information and alerts. If has helped me over the years immensely. I hope it continues to be updated to reflect real time 24 hours. Sometimes the times and alerts of each line are spot on accurate and sometimes they are off. Most of the time accurate though. Great idea and app that I’m sure has helped many NYers like me and will hopefully continue to exist.

Hasn’t worked in days
I have an iPhone X app keeps crashing.
Not accurate as it used to be.
I used to use this app everyday for individual train. Now, it’s not accurately displayed. Sometimes it will say there is a train arriving xx time at a station but when I would get there there are no trains. It displays trains even tho there are planned work for that specific train. Few times gave me incorrect information. There are better and accurate apps for the subway on the App Store.
