Nexum turns the signals from your smart ring into clear, honest health intelligence — and it does the thinking on your phone, not in someone else's cloud.

• Workouts — start a session, record your route, and see what it cost you.
• Cycle & women's health — menstrual phases, fertile window and period prediction.
• Coach — ask your own data a question and get an answer built from what your ring actually measured.

BUILT LOCAL-FIRST
Your phone is the system of record. Every score is computed on the device from your own history, and Nexum keeps working with no connection at all. Your raw measurements, your sleep stages and your workout routes never leave the phone.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL
• Export anytime as JSON, CSV or PDF.
• Delete anytime — the data on your phone, and your account with it.
• No advertising, no ad identifiers, no third-party analytics.
• The account is optional. Sign in only if you want the coach, order status for your hardware, or account deletion from inside the app — everything else works signed out.
• When you ask the coach a question, Nexum sends a small set of derived values — scores, trends, deltas — to our EU servers and on to our AI provider. Never your raw measurements, and never without you asking.

APPLE HEALTH
Optional and read-only. Connect it and your iPhone or Apple Watch fills the activity gaps for the hours the ring was not worn, adds workouts you recorded elsewhere, and cross-checks your sleep. Nexum never writes to Apple Health.

WORKS WITH YOUR HARDWARE
Nexum is built to be hardware-agnostic. Today it pairs with the Nexum Ring and compatible JC Vital rings and bands; more devices are on the roadmap — so you can change hardware without losing your history.

NO SUBSCRIPTION
The app is yours after a one-time device purchase. No mandatory subscription to read your own body.
