## What is Nexus?

Nexus is a private relationship manager that helps you remember who matters, understand your network, and follow up at the right time.

YOUR DAY, ALREADY PRIORITIZED

Open Today to see overdue follow-ups, upcoming birthdays, and relationships that may need attention. Complete, snooze, or skip a reminder in a few taps.

A USEFUL CONTACT TIMELINE

Log calls, meetings, coffees, emails, messages, and notes. Optional Calendar access can help you review past meetings. When a reviewed email connection is available, Nexus can derive who you communicated with and when from metadata only, without importing message bodies or attachments.

RELATIONSHIP SCORES AND SMART LISTS

Scores use recency, frequency, interaction variety, and the details you choose to record. Filter contacts by tags, score, last-contact date, favourites, and follow-up status. Network insights highlight momentum and important relationships that may be drifting.

BRING YOUR NETWORK TOGETHER

Import contacts from Apple Contacts, paste profile links, or upload supported social-profile exports. You can connect only providers shown as available in Settings. Provider capabilities vary, so follower, following, mutual-connection, and message data appear only when the provider's reviewed API makes them available.

PRIVATE SMART BRIEF

Smart Brief summarizes relationship priorities and suggests next actions. On supported devices it can use Apple's on-device language model. Otherwise Nexus uses a deterministic rules-based summary. Relationship data is not sent to a cloud AI service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR POWER USERS

Optional Executive and Rainmaker tiers add higher limits and advanced network tools. Purchases, restoration, and subscription management use Apple's StoreKit.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

No Nexus account is required. Core contacts, notes, follow-ups, interaction history, scores, smart lists, and voice memos stay on your device. Nexus has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics, or developer-hosted contact database. Optional provider connections use the scopes shown during consent and store derived data locally.

Nexus Executive and Nexus Rainmaker are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Each subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings on your device.
