This app is a joke! And people are on here leaving reviews like this is just the best app to get others to download ### 4/5 — It Works *2026-01-04, version 1.2.0* I have rescinded my negative review since my LTC finally seems to have come through. Be aware though, this wallet is slow. Big mistake. Onboarding is as usual, seed phrase, then you are struck with a wait for 15 minutes for no reason, meh ok I wait, then I send money to the wallet. Nothing, I wait I wait, still nothing, restart the app, nothing, ok let’s reinstall, still nothing ok let’s see the support page, "your litecoin don’t show up ? Look at this" ok let’s see, everything is right on my end lmao no problem, my money is just not there. Now I think that’s ok I just import the seed phrase into another app like cake wallet. Here is where it get complicated. THEY USE A NON STANDARD SEED PHRASE. WHY ?? Thank god they give the xprv key in the settings so now you search what to do with that and see that literally 0 wallet accept this, so now you are just stuck with your money that is literally blocked. Here is the solution you need to go mnemonic code converter website put the xprv inside the bip32 root key input and then you will get the private key of the wallet and then you can do a python script to send the money, total time lost : 2h thank you. Like I know that with mweb you have to download a lot of think but just do it like you can still see normal transaction right away and still download the mweb block in the background the UX is atrocious fix this or this will have 0 people using it. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-07-24* Won’t let you take a pic of your id it keeps repeating over and over. We recommend going to our partner's website (moonpay.com) and verifying your ID through their website. Once, you're done you should be able to purchase LTC within the app. ### 2/5 — Bip39 ? *2025-07-24* I input bip39 seed generated from other wallets but Nexus told me that is not Bip39 seed! Then I input seed generated by nexus to other wallets and were told that is wrong seed. So Nexus has it own bip 39 word list? **Developer response:** Nexus Wallet uses a different system for seed phrases (AEZEED). This new system has many benefits such as faster wallet recovery time. Unfortunately this makes a Nexus seed phrase incompatible with other wallets. However you can still import your Litewallet into Nexus after creating a Nexus Wallet. Every time the app loads, the synchronization process gets stuck at 99.99% and never completes. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it directly affects usability and the reliability of the wallet. Key Issues Identified 1. Sync Freezes at 99.99% The app repeatedly fails to finish the final stage of blockchain synchronization. This suggests instability in the app’s sync mechanism, especially during the last-step verification of network data. Because the sync never completes, the app is effectively stuck in a half-loaded state. 2. Wallet Funds Cannot Be Transferred Due to the incomplete synchronization, the wallet fails to recognize the latest blockchain state. As a result, the app prevents me from transferring out the digital assets stored inside the wallet. In practical terms: If the app can’t finish syncing, it won’t let me move my own money. 3. Poor Reliability on iPhone X Even accounting for the older hardware, a crypto wallet should provide stable and consistent performance. Freezing at the same progress point every time shows that the issue lies with the software, not the device. Overall Assessment The NeXUS iOS app currently falls short of basic expectations for a digital wallet. A crypto wallet must be dependable, transparent, and technically resilient. Unfortunately, persistent syncing failures and blocked transfers make it difficult — and risky — to rely on this app in its current state. ### 1/5 — Can’t access app *2025-11-04, version 1.1.1* I add my pincode and the app just freezes. Multiple reinstalls, recoveries, and the blockchain refuses to sync my coins. I can see them but cannot move them. I have tried everything to recover my coins in other wallets but *something* that Nexus does is so unconventional that no other wallet even wants to accept the 24 words, they all show 0 balance. I have burned days upon days upon days just trying to send some coins from A to B.
