## What is NexusEdge BMS?

NexusEdge BMS puts your building-automation fleet in your pocket. Monitor and control HVAC and building systems across
  every site — air handlers, boilers, chillers, pumps, fan coils, VAVs, DOAS, and more — with live sensor readings,
  setpoint and output control, alarms, and AI-assisted diagnostics.

  Built for field technicians and facility teams running NexusEdge Hailo controllers:

  • Dashboard — every location, controller, and piece of equipment with live online status
  • Live metrics — supply/return/space temperatures, valve and damper positions, amperage, and runtime
  • Control — adjust setpoints, dampers, and outputs from the field; changes sync straight to the controller
  • NexusOracle — ask plain-language questions and get a live diagnosis of any controller
  • Alarms — fleet-wide active faults at a glance
  • Fleet & Organization — org-scoped views of your entire portfolio
  • Commission — set up a new controller on-site over your phone's hotspot

  Access is organization-scoped with role-based permissions, so technicians see exactly the sites and equipment they
  manage. A NexusEdge Hailo account is required; some features require a paid subscription tier.

  NexusEdge BMS connects to your own NexusEdge Hailo controllers and Console — it is a companion app for existing
  deployments, not a standalone service.
