Moving from one menu item to the other takes enormous amount of time. Performance should be better. It has good info. The gifts from reward points are not that interesting. The voucher is unconditional. When I visited the Casio store they put up a condition that the voucher can only be redeemed on purchase of 5000₹ and above products. After that I reached out to desk person who assured that there are no such conditions and the outlet shall redeem the voucher. I have raised mail complaint but till date there is no resolution to. They are then trying to close the complaint. Its a scam they are running.
