I fully understand blocking screenshots on sensitive pages like card details, balances, and transactions for security. That is the right approach. However, the app also blocks screenshots on many non-sensitive pages. Sometimes I need to take a screenshot to report a bug, contact support, or share an issue. The screen just turns black, which makes troubleshooting difficult. Please keep screenshot protection only where it is truly needed and allow screenshots on normal app pages. Currently, every time I open the app in a public place, I have to manually type in my password. This feels highly insecure as anyone standing nearby can easily peek at my screen. At least for iOS users, Apple’s Face ID or Passkey system should be integrated. It would make logging in much faster, smoother, and infinitely more secure.
