It wouldn’t let me even register! WestJet is making us use it for our private airport transfers or else I would delete it and forget about it!!! As it is, we are unable to schedule our transfer using the app, so we’re just going to show up at the airport and hopefully find somebody from Nexus Tours who can help us! ### 1/5 — Don’t Book Through Nexus *2025-12-08* For what it is, the app works more or less fine. The only thing I have trouble with is that when I click details it just opens s browser to their homepage. What I do have a big problem with is the dumpster fire that is Nexus Tours. They canceled my tour after I had been waiting at the pickup spot for over 15 minutes past meeting time. On Antigua they booked me for the wrong days, and I nearly was not able to participate. I told myself I wouldn’t book through them another time, but here I am making a fool out of myself, again. Thanks for causing me to miss what I was looking forward to most on my whole trip! ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-11-27* Trying to check in for a transfer I already paid for. Searched my booking number as instructed. No search results found . Contacted the company via chat. They can find the booking but it can’t be found via the app so can’t download the QR code. They said 48 hours for IT to look into it. Not helpful since I have to check in 24 hours or less before my arrival. Very frustrating and a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-11-21, version 3.1.0* Trying to check in for a transfer I already paid for. The UI is terrible. App said for days my tour is at noon. However, I get a call from my room phone after I checked in once I woke up that you’re going to be left in 4 minutes unless you get down here. Will never book anything from them again and hopefully I will save some people some stress and confusion by reading this. ### 1/5 — Use literally anyone else *2026-08-02* I’ve never left a review for anything before but I feel compelled to write one here. Do not use this company and do not use this app. This app is without a doubt the least functional application that has ever been developed. The entire app is useless for anything other than attempting to chat with a real person after you get past the dumb bot that will tell you that you’ve provided the wrong confirmation number. However, actually typing is impossible because you can’t see what you’re sending and you can’t copy and paste. And that’s the MOST useful function. Which is insane to me because nexus should coordinator with outside vendors if their service being advertised. The Whats app customer service is the worst! If you do not have international calling then you can’t reach a live person. It’s frustrating as hell. I will never book through them again ### 1/5 — I dare the CEO to use this app *2026-07-15* Horrible UI, no communication on the backend between the website and app, confusion between “products” where the website was half the price for the same transport. Chat hides what you’re typing because of the keyboard overlay. I used the chat feature when I had questions. Once I clicked through the options the autobot provided I was able to chat with a representative at Nexus, and they were able to answer all my questions!
