## What is Nezavisimy?

Nezavisimy helps you track habits, personal goals, and routines you want to change—without pressure or guilt.

Build your own set of positive habits, small daily actions, and habits you want to reduce or quit. Check in with yes/no, count, or time tracking.

With Nezavisimy, you can:

• schedule goals by weekday, interval, or specific dates;
• set reminders for individual habits;
• follow streaks and a clear progress calendar;
• adjust quantitative targets gradually;
• create custom habits;
• join shared challenges;
• invite someone close and support each other;
• optionally take part in anonymous country and Russian-region averages.

Not every goal needs to happen daily. Today shows only the habits relevant to that date, while the calendar helps you understand the wider trend—even when one day is imperfect.

In shared challenges, other participants see progress only for the selected goal. Your email, notes, country or region, and other habits are not shown.

Nezavisimy is intended for self-observation and organizing personal goals. It does not provide medical, psychological, rehabilitation, or emergency services and is not a substitute for professional help.

### 1.8.5 — 2026-09-12

Meet the new Light Balance design: a brighter interface, larger headings and colorful icons. Four tabs keep everything close: Today, Progress, Together and Profile. Shared series, stories and the community map now live together. Choose goals from the catalogue or create your own. Your history and streaks stay with you; past check-ins are easy to edit in the calendar.

Polished shared-series participant cards and past-day details with consistent typography and new habit icons. The community map and rankings show participant counts for the selected month. Your check-in history and progress stay in place.

### 1.3.83 — 2026-09-11

Shared series are clearer: Calendar shows daily progress, while Result covers all elapsed days. Calculations respect habit schedules and joining dates. You can edit past check-ins.

Profile is simpler: settings have their own screen, habit categories show active items, and Add opens the catalogue with an option to create your own.

The map now highlights five regions. We also improved data refresh and stability.

### 1.3.82 — 2026-09-08

We improved Series: choose a start date, update your goals, see each participant’s goals and daily check-ins, jump to today’s check-in, rename a series, or delete one you created. We also fixed series creation and progress sync and improved stability.

Nezavisimy is now available in English, with country selection and anonymous country-level community statistics. This hotfix also improves session preservation during app updates.
