## What is NF1 Command Center?

NF1 Command Center connects athletes with their coaches, trainers, and teams through one coordinated training experience.
Receive assigned workouts and programs directly from your coaching staff. Follow each routine, record your sets, repetitions, weights, time, and distance, and provide your coaches with the information they need to support your progress.

An NF1 account and membership with a participating coach, team, or organization may be required. Available workouts, programs, and features depend on the services provided by your organization.

You can connect a bluetooth heart rate monitor or Apple Health Kit.
NF1 uses data from Apple Health to help calculate readiness, monitor recovery, track activity, and display your health and performance trends when you recored a workout thorugh the NF1 app. We collect heart Rate, Resting Hart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Blood Oxygen, Respritory Rate, Steps and Sleep to help calculate your NF1 Readiness Score and more acturatly develope workouts for you.
