But App keeps crashing @ opening! *2018-08-24, version 1.1* This is a wonderful idea and I love how the content is accessible separately from all mainstream networks such as Netflix, Hulu etc. However, I cannot get the app to stop crashing at opening, I’ve verified my phone is up to date! I tried just using the regular website on my phone’s web browser to sign in, but it keeps freezing for some reason. Every other website doesn’t do this. I’ll be happy to have the app again once this is fixed! They should look at Netflix, take what works for them and improve on this app. I would like to see entertainment as well: comedies, dramas, movies - all original content! It would be lit. Pros: 1. It’s their own platform - YouTube can’t ban any of the content. 2. Clean and modern interface to the app. 3. There are multiple types of shows available. 4. This content is exclusive to the the NOI. Cons: 1. The slider on the homepage is too fast. 2. The show descriptions are missing or too short. 3. I looked for a support window was not able to find one so I’m writing this review with hopes that a support tech can help me with this issue. Please stop unnecessary criticism. YouTube, Netflix, and as one review mentioned “other websites” had more than their fair share of tech problems when they first started out. NFA studios, in that regard, is no different. As those outlets grew and feedback was given, to the proper people, the problems were fixed and eliminated. I will continue to support NFA Studios.
