I try using the mobile app this days to send money into my account but MTN doesn’t send me a confirmation code so I can’t really know what is wrong?

I cashed out from my MTN momo for it to be deposited into my bank and it has been up to 24hrs nothing has shown up in my bank account of which money has been deducted from my MTN momo balance.
Please has anyone come across such issues and what happened?

The OTP code for logging in almost never comes and even when it does it takes ages!

Very frustrating!

Also, can’t pay cam water bills as promised. Cameroonian companies always lacking even in services that will be profitable to your company
