Eventually, without scanning tickets or proper security checks, attendees pushed past security and held the electronic gates open as fans poured in. This app’s failure left an event disaster with no on the grounds comms to fans who stood in line for over an hour, when that whole time they should’ve been in the stadium. ### 1/5 — If only no stars was an option. Useless *2025-10-06* If only no stars was an option. The app failed to work at the time we needed it, to gain access to the stadium, circling back to the password screen. Many others were similarly affected. Eventually, we followed a method which then worked for others - to show evidence that we had tickets to a person on the gate. Utterly inadequate service from OnePass. Avoid ### 1/5 — Crashed at the worst possible time *2025-10-06* If I could leave 0 stars I would. App crashed outside the stadium before kick off. 1000s of fans were getting crushed because of this app failing. Sort it out or enable us get paper tickets. Nearly a riot at the gates. ### 1/5 — Worst Techsupport 2025 *2025-10-06* This app is not worth one star… They force you to use that app for the NFL tickets in London and then the app does not work during ticketrelease three days before the game aswell as on gameday. There was NO other way then try to use this app. Within 3 hours before the game till halftime the app did not work. No support at the stadium. The only help was „try reload the app over and over again…“ A multibillion company as the NFL is running their server on a Casio calculator… We missed a lot of the game, although we were at the stadium three hours before the game started. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-10-06, version 3.85* Couldn’t access purchased tickets on game day. Shambles ### 1/5 — NFL London Mess *2025-10-06* Thousands of people were unable to go to the Browns versus Vikings game because of this app. I was stuck in the queue for over an hour trying to get into the stadium. I wanted to be to the game early, was there an hour before kickoff and technical issues prevented us from getting in. Not just me. Thousands of us. App went down before the game which left me and thousands of fans stranded outside thru opening kickoff and halfway thru Q1. I waited through all of the draft hype. Now, even in June, the app is still showing Pittsburgh draft hype from a month and a half ago.
