Stopped working after renewed my subscription

It was working fine until i renewed and it stopped working. This is annoying!

App stopped working one day, tried logging out and in, tried reinstalling, nothing. Waste of subscription money. Tried contacting support through the app and never heard back. Tried their app support page on here and it’s broken.
