I thought this app might have just what I needed but it doesn't. You're limited on what you can do, the layers don't seem to work right and I still have to switch between 2 different apps while using it to get done what I need, and even that isn't enough. The images I import are blurry, no way to correct it. If you pick a background, you're stuck with it, normally you could just pick a new one and move it to the back of all the layers but it still won't show up, and they "lock" themselves out of nowhere so if you're trying to rotate an image you can only expand it.
