Yes they make money but come on now it’s just a business's piece of inventory!I'm also bothered by how hard it is to put someone’s actual art on this platform! Okay so not hard but someone has to pay up front to make money on a NFT that might not sell why not take a % of it when it sells? The user that said that didn’t know how to assign the nft to a wallet. I wish the developers would add a commission to the art uploaded. Other than that you get front page unlike these huge sites trading hundreds of millions worth $’s in NFTs. These other huge sites ignore the new NFTs and just give spotlight to the leaders and winners. We wish you well regardless! ### 4/5 — Read this if your got questions *2022-02-27, version 2.5* Obviously I seen all the issues and problems people were having. If you buy an nft on nft go, you have to do a few steps to get it in your meta mask wallet. I had to change my wallet network from etherum main network to a different polygon network I used matic network and it let me import my nft. But I had to click import on meta mask then put in the id and my wallet id. Every time it said I had the wrong address in there until I changed it to polygon then it worked ### 2/5 — Warning. Can not transfer or resell. *2022-02-23, version 2.5* Revised to 2 stars. Wallet issue was resolved but instructions and support documents are lacking. In this case, app delete and recovery was required for it to actually work. *Original Comments* NFT Go offers instructions on how to transfer NFTs for resale. However, their process doesn’t work and they have failed to respond to multiple reports of this issue. They could clear things up quickly with an addition to their ‘Help’ pages but that hasn’t been forthcoming. Do not use this app. ### 2/5 — NFT Still Not Received *2022-02-07, version 2.4* I created two NFTs almost a month ago now and I still have yet to receive them. The instructions state it should only take a couple of days. I sent an email and I have yet to receive a response. The app itself is fine, I guess. I created a wallet and later found the Open Sea app and thought I could use my wallet there. I’m fairly new and still learning everything. ### 5/5 — Awesome app and amazing customer service *2022-02-06, version 2.4* I love this app! I have been able to send all of the NFTs I have purchased here to my MetaMask wallet except one. I tried to send that one multiple times but I was getting a message saying ownership could not be verified. I then emailed support for NFT GO and they resolved it by reimbursing my gems. That works for me, I can buy a different NFT with the funds since that NFT seemed to not actually belong to me. I highly recommend this app and, if you have any trouble or if you don’t understand something contact customer service, they respond quickly and are super helpful! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Blatant Fraud *2023-01-03, version 4.3* NFTGO is essentially a fraudulent scheme you are buying into when you use the app and purchase anything. When you purchase you spend usd to purchase in app tokens, gems, only to never get it back. You can not, I repeat CAN NOT EVER withdraw your gems back no matter how many you have. You can only keep buying and trading within the app so once you spend money, say good bye to it. Along with that once you acquire a certain amount of gem, even legally by buying and selling, they take away your gems and say there is a limit and that they will give it to you once you spend it, but that’s another lie among many. I have lost over $1000 with this app because I wasn’t first aware of this. These guys are nothing but a bunch of fraudulent scammers waiting to reap your money. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-09-01, version 3.0* Say they have fixed issue everytime but have not. Complaint * with how much money you guys make , Why can’t you make it to where your first NFT is covered by you. The project owner , we all know you have the money to do it , Okay. The suggestion. If you were to make the first one “free” you could put a clause stating that the “promo” terms and conditions. Mandate that a percentage of the NFT go to you , and until you paid off the block space , with the money you collect off their work , they will have to “tip” you , then we can get a bundle pack of gems and it would work much better , but what do I know ? I’m just the consumer , what would I do, do that then expand , I would be ever so grateful if you can reply to me , that idea was an idea I had for a hosting site , that I never built , Tara -Josh ### 1/5 — super duper scam *2022-06-19, version 2.9* do not buy any of the NFTs here thinking they’ll have utility. this is a craaaazy scam, there must be something in their terms and conditions that say you’re signing up for fake nft creation and trading within their app, not on chain, bc otherwise, this makes no sense. i didn’t link or import my wallet bc NFTgo is not backed by anyone reputable in the industry. it looked sketchy from jump, and when i took a look around the app, i was sure it was sketchy. just use opensea, coinbase, magiceden, coral cube, solport, looks rare, etc. like a normal person ### 1/5 — May be great if you don’t get scammed *2022-05-13, version 2.8* I’ve had this app for a couple months now and I’ve sat back and watched as a lot of projects got bought up until I finally decided to purchase a NFT but first I had to purchase NFT GO’s currency which is like some gems. I followed through with the transaction and NEVER RECEIVED my 100$ of gems. Ended up missing a lot of opportunities because of me sitting there waiting for them so that was very dissatisfied. But if you can actually get your gems then maybe it’s not bad after all. ### 1/5 — Experienced NFT holder says STAY AWAY! *2022-04-13, version 2.7* This app is barely worth the time it takes for this review. So just know they are taking advantage of the NFT craze and NEWBs who don’t know better. If you do know anything about NFTs, the minting process, and ownership you would probably realize these are worthless images. I won’t even call them NFTs. Use open sea, Rarible, super rare, looks rare, or one of for your NFT purchases. These knockoffs have no real or intrinsic value. Take advice from a seasoned NFT minter and owner. Don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Missing work *2022-04-07, version 2.7* I just joined this NFT group and posted and minted 2 pictures. I thought I listed them both for sale, but then only one was showing for sale. That one, the one showing for sale, has since disappeared. I have not received a notice or alert to possible sale, nor have I received any gems in exchange?? What is going on? Was my work stolen? I feel cheated. These were original works of art. The one in question is titled “Mrs. Cluckers.” The other one is just titled Clucker. I even advertised the NFT s on my Facebook page. ### 1/5 — Just took my money. *2022-03-06, version 2.5* I attempted two NFT creations on this app and they both went bad one still saying pending after two weeks. I contacted them I spent 70 gems and they offered me 20 back for my inconvenience that’s less than 1/3 of my money back. So disappointed but it’s to be expected this early in the game. I’m new to this so I knew it would be some issues but I thought they’d handle it better. So. I pray that work it out some how. So good luck to you if you go they this app. ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2022-02-26, version 2.5* There must be only 3 people answers emails or else this platform is getting bombarded with emails about the many issues from this app. Over 3 times now and just the last 2 months I’ve gotten an 404 error. Took them a min to update the app for customer support. I cam get a response from them within 24 hours amd they don’t vet the collections to ensure NFT’s aren’t getting duplicated and resold. Yea my nft has been resold twice on this platform and they have yet to respond. I done with putting money into this app. Just by directly from OPENsea or Rarible. ### 1/5 — Needs improvements *2022-02-05, version 2.3* This app is ok but needs some upgrades. I purchased gems that never arrived to my account but the cost was removed from my bank account. Never got my NFT. No support contact on the site. Just a bunch of pointless support post that are not related to this error. No support to get my funds returned and at it’s been over a week and my funds are STILL not returned. Apple shows the purchases went through but I never got my NFT or gems. Apple has had to step in and investigate this issue which is now in progress. People are spending lots of money on this site so for funds to be stuck or taken without getting what you paid ....that’s a MAJOR problem. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of TracyJackson1905 So I filed a report on TracyJackson1905 @ Gmail and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. The only positive reviews this gets are from the same dingleberries scamming you. ### 5/5 — So far so good!! *2022-04-04, version 2.6* First time using app was yesterday, created 3 NFTs and sold out within hour or 2, however 2nd and third sale my gems were delayed in hitting my acct so I contacted support via email link and they corrected overnight(24-48hrs response time) so if you experience problems with gems not accurately reflecting sales I would give it a little time and if you can not wait just shoot them an email follow the suggested directions and hopefully you’ll have a positive experience as I did. Remember this is technology in a human experience both have their glitches. I am a little concerned about the gem aspect, I would like to hear back on how to redeem gems into actual currency. Please tell me this is possible.
