I tried to buy a weekly pass but when I entered my password, it won’t let me log in. My password is always corrected and yet the app won’t recognize it. Premium, well built and programmed apps, and transit apps that are mid. This one is way worse than mid. Garbage. The UX is very cheap and poor, and transactions are not intuitive, sometimes double charging if not careful. The backend also is unreliable, returning Error Code 0 errors during peak hours.
