Part of the enhanced R900® System, NGO leverages the detailed, accurate metering data from the E-Coder® absolute encoder register. Analyze that metering data at the source to improve your customer service as well as identify leaks and reverse flow.

The graphs also provide all E-Coder alerts to further aid in troubleshooting usage anomalies. App automatically shuts off and resets and loses all information after a minute outside of the app, it’s helpful to have it run as long as we need it to, if we have to go to a different screen. App hasn’t been updated in three years according to the analytics in the store, no update is due on current app. This is the same on both the phone and iPad

Start button needs to be bigger and more away from the corner. Doesn’t always recognize when you press it. It really should be on the right side. You should only have to enter the rf number once to perform logging or reading. Why should I have to do it twice. Make it more user friendly.

Not only do you pay extra to use some of the basic features of the app such as data logging , but the stupid thing doesn't work if your device doesn't have iOS 10!

In the description below, it is advertised as needing iOS 8 and above, when in actual fact you need iOS 10 minimum! This is kind of a big deal to just brush off as a typo because I just bought an I pad with iOS 9 to use for the job and I cannot use it!
