Even when a person clocks in, on their next interaction with the clock, it may stamp them as in again instead of out. This is intermittent, weekly issue. Reports don’t align correctly with date actually worked and date shown on downloaded report. Within the app, the dates of clock-in/clock-out are correct. When report sent to email or downloaded, the dates are moved. This causes pay discrepancies. You can’t even see the report on your phone until you share it.
