## What is Ngwaahia?

Ngwaahia is a marketplace for buying and selling, built for the Nigerian community and the diaspora.

Whether you're a buyer looking for quality products from trusted sellers, or an entrepreneur ready to grow your business, Ngwaahia gives you the tools to trade with confidence.

FOR BUYERS

• Browse products across fashion, electronics, beauty, food, home goods, and more
• Shop from sellers with real ratings and reviews, only from buyers who completed an order
• Choose how you pay: upfront, on pickup, or on delivery
• Track every order from placement to delivery
• See your seller's payment details directly in the app
• Message sellers via WhatsApp or SMS straight from your order

FOR SELLERS

• Set up your shop in minutes and start selling
• Manage orders, inventory, and payments in one place
• Track revenue, order counts, and customer ratings
• Get notified instantly when a new order comes in

BUILT FOR TRUST

Ngwaahia was designed for a market where trust is earned, not assumed. Every feature protects both sides of a transaction:

• ID verification: sellers and buyers can verify their government ID to earn a Verified badge
• Dual payment verification: buyer uploads payment proof, seller confirms with their own proof before the order is marked complete
• OTP-secured handoffs: every pickup and delivery is confirmed with a verification code. No code, no handover.
• Two-way ratings: buyers rate sellers, sellers rate buyers
• Reviews from completed orders only, no unverified opinions
• Built-in dispute system for both buyers and sellers
• Full order status trail from placement to fulfillment

AVAILABLE IN NIGERIA, THE US, THE UK, GHANA, KENYA, BENIN, AND AUSTRALIA

Payment options adapt to your country: bank transfer everywhere, plus Venmo and Zelle in the US, and mobile money in Ghana, Kenya, and Benin. Flexible delivery options: pickup, delivery, or digital.

Download Ngwaahia and start buying or selling today.
