Best app ever!!!!! I know that I have gotten so much stronger than I was about a year ago!!!!!! Also the coaching is phenomenal!!!! If you want to be the best version of yourself try this app it is the best app ever!!!!

I actually deleted all other tracking apps even the famous my fitness pal. Nh can hook up to my Apple Watch but also tracks all of my food and keeps me on my protein goals. I wasn’t going to use it for tracking food intake at first but very happy I did! So easy to use.
