Unlawful use of data (need to accept all cookies to download). Probably made by a nerd without thinking to users and without making any competitive analysis. Just give a look to Honors by Hilton or Bonvoy by Marriott and copy. Would be much better. And you wouldn’t damage your brand reputation. ### 1/5 — App Entwicklung eingestellt. *2026-06-16, version 4.5.1* Nun ist man genötigt die Minor App zu nutzen. Doch leider hat man wohl bei Minor vergessen NH zu integrieren oder die Kompabiltät herzustellen oder zu testen. Als NH Kunde guckt man nun leider in die Röhre und sieht seine aktuellen Buchungen nicht mehr. Toll gemacht. ### 1/5 — App ist nur noch Schrott *2026-06-11, version 4.5.1* Man soll jetzt die Minor App nutzen und die ist das allerletzte. Wer die entwickelt hat sollte sofort entlassen werden ### 1/5 — Poor Reflection *2026-03-22, version 4.4.8* In this day and age, if you can’t book accommodation within the app or review a current booking, it is a negative reflection of the brand. It is an indication of poor management and disregard for customer service. If the app does not work, I hate to think what state the accommodation is in. ### 1/5 — Worst App evvaaa *2025-12-26, version 4.4.7* How can an app determine that the information that you have provided in a form is wrong when it is your own details. Leider total schlecht und für mich fast ein Grund, eine andere Kette zu nutzen. ### 1/5 — Ich bin Titanium Member, aber… Unterirdisch! *2025-11-03, version 4.4.7* Seit ca. 2 Jahren ist die App immer wieder unbrauchbar. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man digital ohne Ausdrucke reisen möchte. Promotion Codes sind nicht nutzbar, weil die App wieder down ist etc. wobei es meist schon am Login scheitert und der Sicherheitscheck (Bilder/ ich bin kein Computer etc.).
