Cannot view bookings. Never updates without logging out and in. I am a Titanium member and makes it very difficult to see upcoming stays and adjust plans. ### 1/5 — It’s 2025 ! Leider überteuert und nicht familienfreundlich, vor allem wenn die Kinder noch klein sind, muss man sich je Elternteil mit Kind trennen. Unlawful use of data (need to accept all cookies to download). Probably made by a nerd without thinking to users and without making any competitive analysis. Just give a look to Honors by Hilton or Bonvoy by Marriott and copy. Would be much better. And you wouldn’t damage your brand reputation. ### 1/5 — App Entwicklung eingestellt. *2026-06-16, version 4.5.1* Nun ist man genötigt die Minor App zu nutzen. Doch leider hat man wohl bei Minor vergessen NH zu integrieren oder die Kompabiltät herzustellen oder zu testen. Als NH Kunde guckt man nun leider in die Röhre und sieht seine aktuellen Buchungen nicht mehr. It is an indication of poor management and disregard for customer service. Promotion Codes sind nicht nutzbar, weil die App wieder down ist etc. wobei es meist schon am Login scheitert und der Sicherheitscheck (Bilder/ ich bin kein Computer etc.).
