The app is very difficult to navigate around that’s what I find at least

You need to have the ability to allow people to scan their tickets with their phones to see if they’ve won.

The app is fine— but needs a ticket scanner like most other states have.  So convenient to scan scratchers and tickets to know if you won. The machines in stores have it — why not put it on the app??

Love the app, all I wish is that it had a ticket scanner, like the one for Massachusetts does.
