NH Cash Expanded Wild has an issue and has for some time. Please fix the game or take it down. Also, where is my pay for bonus rounds that glitched. I was play 10.00 a pop! ### 1/5 — Can’t claim winnings *2026-06-16* I’ve never had a problem until recently but now it’s saying I need to verify my bank account (only for withdrawals not deposits) I uploaded the voided check like it told me to but I kept getting the same message. I did the contact help email and the auto response said to email them if I need help! Then it updated to saying the check doesn’t match my account so I sent another form and it’s still pending. Mind you, they have taken 2 deposits out of this account during this… **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear that there is a delay while your withdrawal is verified. It's a little ridiculous. We're all adults. I can walk into a casino in NH or a store and play as much lottery as I want. Updates are installed but have problems always. Cannot log in using website only the mobile app. Impoosible to get support most times. Another $50 in and nothing. I have noticed this on a lot of the games in app. I think they use algorithms to insure you to lose in hopes you will deposit durring the deposit deal. Idk lJust makes no sense I really with would bring back the books of scratch tickets you can win. I have entered 10a of thousands of old tickets and almost always get entries. Since I started playing the NH Lottery on this app I have invested minimally and the rewards have been more than sufficient in vast contrast to pass plays in the store. The rewards program is pretty cool too. Give it a try you won’t regret it. Ohh and always play smart. If you have a gambling addiction always stay small and play in small amounts.
