프로세스 하나하나가 너무 복잡하고 뭘하라는건지 모르겠습니다. 가이드도없고 보험료 납부하기위한 가상계좌에 왜 인증서가 필요한지도 모르겠어요. 누가 제 보험금을 입금하든 상관없는거아닌가요? 정책상 본인확인이 왜필요하죠? 그냥 기계적으로 붙인거같아요. 사용자를 고려한 기획이 필요해보입니다.
