Since last year, the app has only given my a blank screen. I have reached out several times to receive assistance with this issue but I have not heard back. I have uninstalled and re-installed and same thing… blank screen. Not sure what is going on! I then delete the app yet again and hope I am about to see my child’s information. It forces me to login every single time I open it, even when checking ‘remember me’. After login, it goes to the authentication screen where it will stay, until you tap Done in the top right corner - every single time I login. It also appears to make a call to re-fetch the data every time you go into a class then back out, it will sit there and take time to refresh. Going back into the same class you were just in will cause the data to refresh again, so you’re stuck waiting even longer.
