The website doesn’t say Nham24 and when they call do confirm it was another name completely. Today it’s letting me leave this message but sight is down. Not cool This is the first rev I’ve written tgat wasn’t positive but I am wondering if it’s just me or is this one as bad as it seems to continue to be. Goodness this makes me feel bad but many places only deliver with then??? ### 1/5 — Bad app to order *2022-03-04* You need to wait for a phone call to confirm almost every orders otherwise the orders will be canceled. If I need to talk to you why I need to order with an app? They don’t reply. The order doesn’t get accepted even when you call the restaurant !! Nham24 do not reply to messages or phone call. Just use foodpanda E-GetS or ypp !!! Don’t waste your time. I used them too many times but enough is enough they don’t deserve your business!! ### 4/5 — Pleasant Suprise *2021-01-12* Having just moved to PP, I was told Nham was the best service app for delivering food. It has been great so far, albeit only 2 weeks of use. I did have an issue with my Credit Card not working but that was on my end and fraud prevention. I would rate it 5 stars but it doesn’t provide an estimated time of delivery. So far so good and if something changes I will come back to update my rating. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2021-01-01* Won’t let me update information and my daughter has had the sam problem. They keep sending to wrong location even after we change the address. ### 1/5 — Stole my money without taking the food order *2020-11-28* I paid money for the food with online payment. The app took my money and did not place the food order. I did not get any food and there is no order history on the app. But my bank account shows that NHAM24 took the money. Do not pay online with this app. They will steal your money. Two delivery drivers later and over 50 minutes the pizza arrived cold. Sent messages to NHAM24 asking for refund etc... absolutely no response. I’m a frequent user of this App and delivery times have been getting progressively longer. I’ve stopped tipping drivers if too long. Train your staff on how to use GPS! ### 4/5 — Best delivery app in Siem ReAp *2020-08-13* Love this app - the app itself is very responsive, and the first few orders customer service contacted me to confirm my address. My one complaint is that when drivers are busy I can’t look at any of the food options. Would be great if I could still look at menus to plan my order, or even put my order in the queue with a notification it might take longer for the delivery. ### 1/5 — They Canceled because “they could not get ahold of me” Not true *2020-07-27* First time trying the app, super excited & chose a restaurant near me. It said the restaurant accepted the order, then it said the driver accepted the order, I was happily waiting for the driver to pick up the order when I got a message saying it was canceled because they could not get ahold of the customer ie: me. Not true! My phone was in my hand, the ringer on high & an account that works perfectly. I went to the restaurant (confirmed the correct address just to be sure). They had never even received the order. Nham24 claimed something that was not true & blamed me. I wasted time waiting for my food. How many other orders have they botched like this. Trying someone else. ### 1/5 — App is Terrible *2020-05-23* The app is not only poorly designed, but a Total waste of time as orders disappear. I’ve heard good things about this service so I thought I would try it out. That was a mistake. Now it’s just another Grab scam. ### 1/5 — Removed special instructions *2025-04-11* I added no coriander/ cilantro. I triple checked & they removed it. Entire order in the trash because of that disgusting weed 🤢 ### 1/5 — Keyboard covers the submit button. *2025-04-03* Tried 5 times but your pop-up keyboard covers all the buttons so nothing can be entered. Horrible and frustrating design. NHAM24 not good ### 1/5 — WORST APP AND SERVICE *2023-04-09* Orders are never pushed to restaurants, it can take an hour to find out Nham just had your order in queue, then you will find out the store closed!!!! Worst app, please shut this app down it has the worst user experience and it’s nothing but a scam and waste of time and money. DON’T THIS CR@P unless you have hours and hours to waste!!!!! ### 1/5 — Really? *2023-01-08, version 6.3.3* I started using this app around 3 years ago, they added these random updates where it says it will fix bugs and other problems. Nothing has changed since then and its laggy. I have really good internet when i do this, it still fails to be good. When you order from somewhere it says “Driver instructions” which tell the driver specifically where you want them to deliver. I typed in what i wanted and they always fail to deliver where i want. I write this in english sometimes (Because im from england), but now I translate it to khmer. They still fail to follow simple instructions. ### 1/5 — Don’t Use It *2022-12-21, version 6.3.1* The company is very irresponsible. ### 1/5 — Promotion issues *2022-11-28* For the past few days we were using NHAM24 for its really good promotions that included one where if you used your ABA Visa card as payment they take out 5 dollars out of the final order. This was great until today where not only was my card declined but my girlfriends as well. First we make a call to the support and the first woman said that the store was closed that’s why it was cancelled, but the store was still open for another 2 hours… Then a guy answered saying there was a problem with the payment method or that I hadn’t updated my app. Nope none of the above and I’m still waiting for “I will talk to my boss and resolve this issue for you”, as if that will ever work. NHAM24 does not seem be able to get their payment processing in order. I have used their app for months and they are frequently having issues accepting payments all while they continue to change it. They recently added a feature to save your credit card but now suddenly you can’t use international credit cards unless you select a different option that takes away the $1 discount you normally get on a large order. They blame their payment processor but other apps like e-gets and food panda treat all payment methods the same. I called them to fix this and they said they would call back and never did, after I called again they said they would get some relevant team to call me, and they also never called. This $1 issue would not be an issue if I ordered once in a while but I am using delivery apps on a almost daily basis, I think NHAM24 needs to take their own product more seriously. If they are unwilling to give the discount to international customers I think it makes more sense to call these restaurants/shops directly.
