Why is this App disabled, with a message to contact your developer?

It gives you the option to activate your prescription, but then it never sends the email. Calling Pax River Pharmacy is a waste of time because they don’t answer the phone. How are you supposed to get new medicine if your pharmacy refuses to help you activate it in the first place?
