It depends on the GP whether you are able to see your medical records, results etc. GPs appear reluctant or not supported to use this. Access is dependent on the GP surgery which is unfair. But GPs should be given more support to utilise this. I recently spoke to a staff member in the Cardiff and vale health board in south wales who said the senior management of departments have no vision in supporting its implementation…it would be beneficial for health boards and departments to be held accountable but also supported for improving patients access to their care. ### 2/5 — Not working *2026-02-25, version 2.4.86* I have not been able to use the app for at least two weeks. It has absolutely no useful information except a list of the last 5/6 medicines you were prescribed, very helpful. No ‘medical record’ which for most people would be 20/30 pages long. Can’t book an appt with a GP, no test results section. What is the point of this?? ### 2/5 — Data gaps / unlinked services *2026-01-30, version 2.4.86* Login worked fine with nhs id, my main gripe is a complete disconnect regarding referrals - I have multiple active referrals and others yet to be actioned but there are zero records in this section. This would be very useful as I have zero visibility on what is happening especially with the long waiting lists ### 1/5 — Hospital appointment *2026-01-25, version 2.4.86* The app is useless in checking where you are on the waiting list piss poor service from our defunk nhs Johnny Foreigner can have treatment at my expense and I’ve got to wait 🤬🤬🤬 ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-01-23, version 2.4.86* Another useless waste of NHS money. Pointless app which is only as good as your GP surgery, which is appalling in my case. The reviews speak for themselves. Don’t waste your time or space on your device. ### 5/5 — Simple to set up and easy to use. *2026-01-23* It was easy to login using the NHS ID I had already created during Covid. The app supports Face ID so authentication will be even simpler in future. My repeat prescription items are all listed and ready to reorder, and the app shows when they are approved. My surgery sends them electronically to my chosen pharmacy so the whole process should be much quicker.
