## What is NIAG App?

Mit der NIAG-App kannst du direkt dein Onlineticket für Bus und Bahn kaufen. Einmal registrieren und schon geht der Ticketkauf einfach per Klick. 
Suche dir aus, wie du zahlen möchtest: mit Kreditkarte, über PayPal, per Lastschrift oder Prepaid.
Diese VRR-Tickets bekommst du unter anderem: EinzelTicket, 4erTicket, 10erTicket, 4-StundenTicket, 7-Tage-Ticket, 30-Tage-Ticket.

Leider stimmen die angegebene Abfahrtzeiten überhaupt nicht. Busabfahrt wird angezeigt und Bus kommt überhaupt nicht! Das mehrmals in der Woche!!!!

Die Echtzeitdaten stimmen überhaupt nicht mehr mit den tatsächlichen Abfahrten!! Der Abfahrtsmonitor zeigt nur die Hälfte der Fahrten!

Die App ist eigentlich recht gut und ich verwende sie regelmäßig. Was fehlt ist das nur der Regelfahrplan abgebildet ist und nicht die Ausnahmen. Also nur an Schultagen, usw. Bei der Tagesaktuellen Suche werden die Abfahrten trotzdem angezeigt. Zumindest bei den Linien 33 und 078 die ich regelmäßig befahre. Prima wäre es auch wenn man das Deutschlandticket in der App auch dann einpflegen kann, wenn man das Ticket bei der Bahn als Abo (und das sind wohl die meisten) einpflegen könnte. Dann bräuchte ma nicht zwischen den Apps wechseln. Auch wäre es Prima wenn die Ticketleser im Bus auch den QR der Bahn verstehen würden. Dann gibt es nicht so oft Diskussionen mit dem Fahrer was die Abfahrtzeiten dann regelmäßig verzögert.

Zeigt bei jedem öffnen an, dass man eine Bewertung abgeben soll und wenn man dies tut, wird diese nicht erkannt, wodurch man wieder gefragt wird.

Egal ob du die App nutzt oder nicht du bist gezwungen die Standortfreigabe auf immer ein zu haben wenn du zb die easy Ticket Funktion nutzen möchtest so das es der App möglich ist deinen Standort durchgehend zu tracken ob du die App gerade nutzt oder nicht!! Und durch Überprüfungen der Logs wird der Standort auch abgefragt wenn du die App nicht nutzt also im Hintergrund

Manchmal fehlt der Bus einfach und man denkt sich das er nicht kommt doch dann kommt er trotzdem. Eine Live-Ortung wäre auch cool.

Ich bin sehr glücklich, dass ich diese App habe. Das hilft mir sehr beim Busfahren. Aber was ich jetzt nicht so gut finde, ist, dass die Busse aus der Leiste rausgenommen werden, wenn die Abfahrtzeit erreicht ist, aber die Busse noch nicht da sind. Deshalb von mir nur 4 Sterne.

Busse fahren einfach nicht oder andere Routen als sie vorgegeben kriegen halten nicht an den Haltestellen an und ich kann mein Kind ständig abholen. Wofür zahle ich eigentlich jeden Monat Geld für ein Deutschland Ticket?
