They siphon money out of your account regularly $75 here - $29 there etc etc They don't respond to requests to stop or to cancel the service in the app, via emails or anything. When I try to get customer service it continues to send me to the website where it wants me to sign up for the service again. I don’t want the service. Have just been told (response to this) that they don’t offer a free 7 day trial???? Have I asked for one above? They must have 3 standard emails because I’ve been sent a bunch of irrelevant emails now. Nice app but contact and payment systems are very poor. Update: found a different email and still almost no response and then suddenly loads of responses. I would always warn about an app that you have to speak to someone (who doesn’t respond) in order to cancel.
