Take a look at your mobile banking app yourself ppl working at the top level management of NIBL. Mobile application for banks have taken a big leap in Nepal, hope you sprint quick enough to catch up or else you will be losing clients left, right and center. Also, isn’t it sort of thuggery if you charge and don’t provide quality service to your customers. Time to act, not think.
