Mr. Bhupendra Kafle from customer care does not really seems to be interested in helping. He is asking requirement one by one, first ask to visit bank, then hand written application, next send bank statement voucher and asked that needs to be printed and send, next visa and passport wtf, do you guys even understand the urgency of anything? I am not in nepal, if i were i would not be asking for online statement in first place because your mobile app were doing its job and doing like in real case i would not be going through this hassle. And, please do not ask to mail me in either feedback or customercare because all you have to do is go there and find my email, there should already be a lot….. ### 1/5 — Remove unnecessary function *2025-12-26, version 6.6.182* I understand security is important, but the new device authorization process is extremely inconvenient for users living abroad. Having to physically access a Nepali SIM to authorize a device makes it almost impossible to use the app remotely.
