## What is NicDrop?

Quit smoking, vaping or nicotine pouches without going cold turkey (unless you want to).
Tell NicDrop what you use and how much. In two minutes you get a step-down plan, a quit date and what nicotine costs you a year. No account. Free to start.

NicDrop is the calm way off nicotine pouches, vapes and cigarettes.

Tell it what you use and how many a day. In two minutes you get a plan: a daily allowance that steps down each week, a quit date, and what a year of nicotine is costing you. No account, no sign-up.

TRACK IN ONE TAP
Log a pouch, a session or a cigarette as it happens. See today's number against your allowance, your streak, money saved and how long you've been nicotine-free.

BEAT THE CRAVING
Cravings peak and pass in about three minutes. The SOS screen gives you a countdown, a breathing pacer and the reasons you wrote on day one — and, with Pro, a coach that knows your plan and talks you through it, any hour.

SEE THE PATTERN
When in the day it happens, what sets it off, how each week compares. Edit or delete any entry.

REMINDERS YOU CONTROL
Evening check-in, morning number, new-week step-down, quit day — each with its own switch.

PRO
• Craving coach
• The full taper ladder, adjustable any time
• 90-day insights and CSV export
Yearly with a 7-day free trial, monthly, or buy it once for life. Everything free stays free.

NicDrop is a self-tracking tool, not medical advice. If you use nicotine to manage a condition, talk to a clinician.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-08

Small improvements.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-07

New in 1.0.7:
- A day-2 check-in: yesterday against your plan, what you've saved and one small goal for today.
- A 3-day streak target for your first week.
- An optional reminder before your usual tough time, based on when your cravings tend to hit. Never at night.
- Beat a craving? Talk it through with the coach right there, with your free messages shown.
- Closed the craving timer early? NicDrop asks if it passed.
- More reliable purchases.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-05

NicDrop now speaks Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish.

- If the App Store has a hiccup while you buy, NicDrop now says so plainly, confirms nothing was charged, and gives you a Try again button.
- After you beat a craving, a quick tip on using the coach for the next hard one, with how many free messages you have left.
- The coach replies in your phone's language: English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish.

Thanks for using NicDrop. If it's helping, a rating on the App Store helps others find it.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-02

NicDrop now speaks German and Dutch.

- Try the coach free: everyone gets 3 messages with the craving coach, right from the Craving screen.
- A faster start: log the one you had today during setup, so day one begins with a real number.
- Reminders are explained before you're asked, and you can turn each one off in Settings.
- A clearer Pro screen that starts with your own plan and the money it saves you, with a monthly plan that has its own free trial when the App Store offers one.
- Savings and shared milestones now use your own currency.
- The coach replies in German or Dutch if that's your phone's language.

Thanks for using NicDrop. If it's helping, a rating on the App Store helps others find it.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-30

Your morning reminder now shows the day's own number: today's allowance, when it steps down, and the countdown to quit day. Home celebrates the cravings you've beaten and your streak. Fixes and improvements.
