This app does not work well. Many times it’s extremely slow to
open the door with the app.  I often just walk to the door to open it because it’s faster. How come it hasn’t been updated in 6 months, when there are so many issues and complaints? The lock itself is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t have a good app to support it. Is there another app that can be used with this smart lock? I may just have to get a new lock with a good app.

How hard would it be to change the option for autolock to be more than 60 seconds???  Can’t even get the groceries out of the car.  Should be 15 minutes.

The lock works fine, but the app login screen doesn’t work, so you can’t even login to the app to change the settings, or to unlock your door.

Using it with the Yamiri door lock and connected it to the SigMesh Wifi Gateway. No problems at all. Bluetooth is fine, gateway works perfectly. Although I can access my lock with my fingerprint, a code, card, and a key so I rarely use bluetooth to unlock the door. I just wish I could get notifications when someone is unlocking the door. I had to scroll through to see that maintenance unlocked my door with the temporary code I gave them. Would love to know immediately and get a notification on my phone. Didn’t notice until I came home to my bathroom completely rearranged.

I knew I should’ve shelled out the extra $100 for a known brand that at least advertises their application before purchasing the device. 

While the app is functional to an extent the privacy policy is a deal breaker.

Can I please get a developer to contact me. It keeps telling me that my phone’s time zone isn’t correct and will not let me login. When I try to reset the password thinking that possibly will be the problem it says user doesn’t exist? This is the second time happening and I can’t remember how I got it to work the first time but it shouldn’t even issue. I can’t adjust any of my locks in this product is worthless! This was a $70 lock and the only way to change it is this app so please help us fix it.
