Many times it’s extremely slow to open the door with the app. I often just walk to the door to open it because it’s faster. How come it hasn’t been updated in 6 months, when there are so many issues and complaints? The lock itself is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t have a good app to support it. Is there another app that can be used with this smart lock? Bluetooth is fine, gateway works perfectly. Although I can access my lock with my fingerprint, a code, card, and a key so I rarely use bluetooth to unlock the door. I just wish I could get notifications when someone is unlocking the door. I had to scroll through to see that maintenance unlocked my door with the temporary code I gave them. Would love to know immediately and get a notification on my phone. However the third — I can not change the icon to my photo. And I have added my dad but The robot head can not be changed to my dad’s photo. App needs some work. Nonetheless, the APP otherwise works well and is easy to use and navigate.
